Living through Seasons with Ayurveda - Part 1
Zoom Webinar
Lecture series - Ayurvedic living with the seasons
Part 1 of a 4-part lecture series that provides guidance and tips to live in accordance with the seasons with Ayurveda and the laws of nature.
Part 1 - Fit for spring
Spring is associated with Kaphadosha. An imbalance is reflected in the typical disorders such as problems with the respiratory tract, tiredness, and listlessness. For some people, the effect of the corona has further increased these symptoms (e.g. Long-covid). Climatic changes that occur in each season show both positive and negative effects. Ayurveda provides guidelines for restoring and maintaining physical and mental balance. With the help of nutrition (herbs), the right daily routine, seasonal routine, sleeping habits, exercise, etc., we can regain our fitness.
Our lecturer Sushrut Sardeshmukh Ph.D., Professor of BSDT- Ayurveda College, gives us the opportunity to learn more about this topic. There will be time for personal questions and answers.
