Food should be tasty and maintain health or help eliminate Dosha disorders. To unite these two factors is Ayurvedic cooking! Again we spent a great time together. In this event, our lecturer from BSTD's Ayurveda College, Wagholi, Pune, Dr. Sushrut Sardeshmukh also introduced the practical part of Anna-Dravya (Solid diet).
